1. Object
These Terms of Service define the terms of sale between:
Stravisi – online clothing and accessories store, hosted on Shopify.

and any person visiting or making a purchase on the site (hereinafter “the Customer”).
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
The photographs have no contractual value.
Product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks.
3. Orders
The Customer declares to have read and accepted these Conditions of Service before confirming his order.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Stravisi reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.
Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the site.
5. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the country.
Stravisi cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier or customs services.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the laws in force in Europe and the United Kingdom, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal.

7. Liability
Stravisi cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
Stravisi cannot be held responsible for interruptions or errors on the site, nor for indirect damages linked to its use.
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site stravisi.com (logos, texts, images, graphics) are the exclusive property of Stravisi.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
9. Protection of personal data
Stravisi undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the data provided by the Client and to process them in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Conditions are subject to European Union law.
For European consumers, the mandatory provisions of local law remain applicable (France, Germany, etc.).
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
